To teach the Japanese tappasaki raw material processing, curded meat making and furnace and furnace accessories selection. We can assist to open a shop and provide personnel allocation, family-recipe sauces making and meal modelling. (There has a 18-year-old mature model shop in Australia already, welcome to visit and participate.)
Duration for one term: one week. It includes five lessons and two hours for each lesson.
Fees: AU$1000/week
