To teach how to make various types of Korean Style hot pot, soup base making, sauces purchase, raw material manufacturing and the end product processing. The food can be serviced in any Korean hot pot restaurant. We can assist to open a shop and provide personnel allocation and later consultation.
Duration for one term: one week. It contains five lessons and two hours each.
