In 1991, represented the Beijing team to participate the “International Cooking Cempetition” in Shanghai and won the gold metal for “Stage Decoration”
In 1992, contributed in the cooking education
In 1995, compiled the book《Modern Carve for Fruit and Vegetable》
In 1996, launched Yi Qin Cookery College in Beijing, China
In 1998, instructed the students to participate in the native Beijing cooking competition, and attained 5 golden and 8 silvers in total
In 2004, led students to participate in the international “Kang Shou Cup” competition, and attained 4 golden and 4 silvers in total
In 2004, compiled the books《Food Carving Art》, 《Art of Sugar Decoration in China》, and? 《Jinghua Alimentary Paste Modelling》.
In the same year, Master Meng was considered as the “Beijing Excellent Teacher”, and was commended as “China Engraving King” and “Chinese Cooking Master”.
In 2005, compiled the books《China Engraving King》, 《150 Examples of Flower-making for Cake Decoration》and 《Chinese Famous Cuisine Gathering》
In 2006, Yi Qin Cookery College was commended as the “new, originate, and special technical research-and-development training base. In the same year, led the student s participate the “International Shi Shen Zheng Ba Competition” and attained 3 golden and 5 silvers. And Master Meng himself was commended as the “Major Judge of International Chinese Cuisine Cooking Competition of Asian-Pacific”. And he compiled the books 《Euro-Asia Western Cuisine Gathering》, 《European Modern Appetizers》,《JIng Hua Modern Art Cuisine》,《Jing Hua Modern Formal Dinner Party Gathering》,《Essential Best-sale Stir Fried》and《Hundreds Changes of Korean Cuisine》.
At the end of 2006, Yi Qin Cookery College was found in Australia

同年被北京市市政府评为北京市优秀教师,被国际烹饪联合会评为中国雕王和中国烹饪大师
2005年编写《中国雕王》《蛋糕裱花150例》《中国名料名菜荟萃》
2006年艺沁学校被评为国际中餐新奇特培训基地
同年代领学员参加国际食神争霸赛,获3金5银:本人被聘为亚太地区中餐国际烹饪大赛总评判长,同时编写《欧亚西餐荟萃》《时尚欧点》《京华时尚功夫菜》《京华时尚宴会共》《精华热卖小炒》《百变韩餐》
