Every student who participates in Chinese Cookery training in our school, may attend the cooking examination which is held Yi Qin Cookery College, Beijing Campus and State Government for foreign chefs and amateurs. After qualified and announced the International General Professional Cook Certificate, it can be proofed for opening a shop, or for migration reason. After the examination, we are going to organize students to Beijing visit the place of interest and the restaurants which are under the successful management; also the students are allowed to exchange ideas of food experiences with the chefs.

Every one in overseas who has contributed a lot for Chinese cuisine and the profession outstanding person may proof their achievements and the material to the Melbourne campus, then the material will be reported to the International Cooking Federation and will carry on the authentication and verification to its achievement. The one, who pass the qualification, may have the relevant certificate via the International Cooking Federation, such as the International Cooking Master, Cooking Master and New Cook Star, etc. Or, students may participate in the Chinese Annual International Cooking Competition and Beijing Dining Field Exchange, as they are the presenters of Melbourne campus.

　　凡在海外为中餐做出杰出贡献的人士和行业精英均可将自已的业绩与资料提交给墨尔本分校,由分校上报国际烹饪联合会,对其业绩进行认证和审核,合格者均可奖得国际烹饪联合会颁发的,国际烹饪名师,烹饪大师,烹饪新秀等相关"证书",或由分校组团参加中国一年一度的国际烹饪联合会和中国政府举办的国际烹饪大赛.同时还可在北京进行行业内的技术交流和观光.
