Art of Sugar Decoration in China\中华糖艺


Beyond the foundation of the Chinese traditional candy-blowing man, we are going to inherit, improve and innovate the new generation of the art of sugar decoration. Master Meng Shuang who wrote the 《Art of Sugar Decoration in China》, will teach how to sculpt sugar with blowing, lifting, pulling and so on. We provide two-hour lesson each time and five time per week. It costs AU$950.
