Chinese Cookery\中国烹调


Chinese Traditional Cuisine Class: to teaches the Chinese native cuisine, like Chuan, Lu, Yue, Huai, Guan Fu, Gong Ting and Man Han Quan Xi, any time you come, any time you start to learn. We will teach three meals in one time, and each time we provide two-hour lesson and two-hour practical. At the time, we will lead students to market pick the raw material. There is five times a week and cost AU$750/week. Please make an appointment before the course start; we will give both Chinese and English teaching.
