Hunan Dishes:

Term:one month , each class two hours, four dishes per section, the specific content can be chosen in the teaching plan of the school or refer to the photographs.

Fee: RMB,12,000 yuan

Schoolteaching arrangement: can experience a class first, fill remaining tuition or pay in a time after satisfaction.

Class time: appointment 6 hours in advance.

Class form: one-on-one individual teach, after class can take all learning dishes away.

Brief Introduction:

Hunan dishes is one of the eight dishes in China, it has a long history, in the era of Xihan dynasty, the cooking skill of Hunan dishes has reached a certain level, according to the observation and study to the cooking leftover excavated in Mawangdui Han grave and a set of bamboo menu, it showed that people in Chu country had cooked dishes with several decades of animals and plants at that time. Later, Hunan dishes are widely spread in common place and family. At the end of Qing dynasty, the business dish restaurant began to appear in Changsha city, they were divided into two sorts of Xuan faction and Tang faction, both of them were managing the business Hunan dishes, there have been ten dish restaurants, called ten poles. There have ever been a Hunan dishes ancestor temple—Zhan palace on Yongqing street, the person who has the same interest often gathered here to interchange accomplishment. Through many famous masters’ hard work, Hunan dishes have had self-contained theory, and inherited and created many famous unique dishes in the world.
The material of Hunan dishes is from Xiangshui drainage basin, Dongting lake area and Xiangxi mountain area and so on place, the process is very elaborate, the making is very rarefied, put the rare in nature and the unique in the world in the dish, stand in the world by the acerbity and pepper, tingle, fresh and savory, crisp and tender, smoked and stewed, fumet and original flavor, clear taste and mezzo flavor, it is lasting and potential development.
After the foundation of New China, the systemic digging and tidying skill of Hunan dishes become more and more excellent day after day. After tasting, all walks of people at home and abroad feel it delicious and praise it sufficiently. Hunan dishes have been out of the province and to the world. Hunan dishes restaurants have been opened in the United States, Japan, Germany and some countries in Southeast Asian, which is enough to show the remarkable status of Hunan dishes.
