Muslim Dish

Term: one month , each class two hours, four dishes per section, the specific content can be chosen in the teaching plan of the school or refer to the photographs.

Fee: RMB,12,000 yuan.

Schoolteaching arrangement: can experience a class first, fill remaining tuition or pay in a time after satisfaction.

Class time: appointment 6 hours in advance.

Class form: one-on-one individual teach, after class can take all learning dishes away.

Introduction:

Muslim dish is not only has the custom of the Islam, but also is a dish with Chinese catering style. It is also called Europeoid race dish. In China, Hui, Uygur, Kazakh, Uzbek and so on nations have the same catering custom and catering tabu, however, they have a certain difference on the catering flavor, so people line out the flavor dishes of several minorities living in Xinjing, and call them Xinjiang dish, and the dish in Hui nation is specially called Muslim dish
The cooking skill of Muslim dish is mainly pickled, baked, swilled, and most of them are keeping the nomadic catering custom. Because of the long-time mixed residing among the Hui race, Han race, Manchu, Mongolia race, the people in Hui race who work in the line of cooking are specially good at studying and taking in good cooking methods from other nations, so the cooking skills of Muslim dish are perfect day after day from simple to complex and from less to more, they are good at any making form, such as stir-fried, stewed, bursted, stewed, braised, baked, fried, and blasted, and it formed an unique system of Muslim dish.
