Family Western Desserts

Term: 10 classes, each class two hours, four dishes per section, the specific content can be chosen in the teaching plan of the school or refer to the photographs.

Fee: 400 Yuan RMB per class.

Schoolteaching arrangement: can experience a class first, fill remaining tuition or pay in a time after satisfaction.

Class time: appointment 6 hours in advance.

Class form: one-on-one individual teach, after class can take all learning dishes away.

Brief Introduction:

The main cradle of western desserts (for short west desserts) is Europe. According to historical data record, ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome had begun the earliest bread and cake production, the west desserts producing has a long history in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Russia and other countries, and has achieved notable success in development.
In the late 20th century, technology developed in each countries of Europe and America and prosperous, life affluence, particularly in United States, food rich, variety various, staple food status of bread was gradually declining, which was replaced by meat, but what following is the increased of heart disease, diabetes, which let people review the food, began to return to the natural, vegetarian and natural food were especially popular.
As it is said, Europe western desserts were brought into other country during the 13th century Ming Dynasty Wanli Period by an Italian missionary Lima-Dou. Since then, other western countries missionaries, diplomats and businessmen massive immigration, more western food production methods and cooking techniques were also introduced. The West restaurants emerged in 1850s late of Qing Dynasty, most were established in Shanghai. Subsequently, each commercial port also set up bakeries one after another.
