Dishes for Hangzhou Style:

Term: one month , each class two hours, four dishes per section the specific content can be chosen in the teaching plan of the school or refer to the photographs.

Fee: RMB 12,000 yuan

Schoolteaching arrangement: can experience a class first, fill remaining tuition or pay in a time after satisfaction.

Class time: appointment 6 hours in advance.

Class form: one-on-one individual teach, after class can take all learning dishes away.

Introduction:

Dishes for Hangzhou style are the most important part of ‘Zhe dishes’ in the eight dishes in China. Southern Song dynasty, the capital is in Hangzhou, the catering cooking skill has covered the history. Hangzhou dishes are based on this, colligating the former catering development, using the advantage of the rich production of Jiangnan water town, taking in northern cooking skill, melting the literary talent and style and features of west lake famous historical site, with the special style of ‘cooking in north with southern material’, ‘blending the flavors’, fresh and crisp, quietly elegant and exquisite, and become "Beijing-Hangzhou dishes" with an unique style and ancient capital style in Jiangnan dishes.
Current dishes for Hangzhou style has got rid of the state and brought forth the fresh, famous and innovative dishes emerged in endlessly, and were finalized the design and perfected group by group. Forty-eight new Hangzhou dishes are talent showing itself in the First Annual Chinese Food Festival. Compare with the old Hangzhou dishes, the famous dishes in the new Hangzhou dishes are innovated audaciously on the material, flavor and cooking way, include both the archaized and the modern; both seafood and home-cooked dishes; both the style of southland and the flavor of northland.
